Installing Ubuntu Problem
Hey guys I was installing Ubuntu on my computer and it said it was installing the system but the indicator doesnt do anything, what is wrong, it also doesnt fill up my entire screen, how do I fix this?

What version are you trying to install? Edgy (the most recent one)? Did you boot from a LiveCD and try to install from there, or did you try to do a "traditional" installation?
Oh, and what do you mean it doesn't fill your screen?

It is edgy and I installed it via live cd, and it doesn't fill my screen meaning it is cut off towards the end about 4 inches, and i know it works, because YDL was on it before.

Is your resolution too low? (i.e. 800 x 600)
<edit>Have you tried downloading the installation disc? It is not command line.</edit>
