Installer claims no root filesystem

Okay, I've got a screen shot to show whats going on. What ever happened to ncurses based installers anyway? Sorry, minor rant. Anyway I can't install Ubuntu because it claims I don't have a root file system selected. Well as you can see from my screen shot I do have one selected, but it won't let me continue. Whats going on?

It means there's a bug in the installer.
