Just want to now if any one has already installed UBUNTU in an IBM Thinkpad laptop?

Want a feedback if it's possible.

I am planning to install it in Z60m Ibm Thinkpad laptop.

I have used Ubuntu 6.06.1 on a IBM Thinkpad T23 with no issues. One thing you could try is if you haven't already is running the CD as a Live CD first to see if you have any incompatibilities.

i tryed the DVD ubuntu 6.10. well i got the sound working ang a nice look up. That's all.
What more should i do?
I am new to UBUNTU so how to see if the wireless works, the blue tooth? The modem? ...
