i need soft FTP

I need a soft to upload file from my computer to my host.
Can anyone help me to search this soft?

I've never heard of soft FTP, but you can FTP using Nautilus, the file manager. Just go to Places > Home, press Control-N to open a new window and then press Control-L to focus on the location bar and type

I think he means ftp software.

You can also ftp from the command line.

$> man ftp
