I constantly lose wireless connectivity(while torrenting) , im using jaunty 64bit
 

Symptoms, I can connect to networks and browse the internet but when I use bittorrent my internet connection fails. The odd thing is that network manager says I am still connected to the network but I can't ping anything, if I switch networks I can establish a connection with the new network.

my wireless does this when my brother is torrenting on the network, with his own computer. it lasts several seconds, and sometimes a few minutes, but happens with some frequency, and is becoming bothersome. if i go in and turn his computer off, the problem seems to rectify.
