HOWTO: Make a repetitive job that reminds you to change your password every month
 
Hi

I would like to have ability to inform a user to change its passwd every month ?

How can I do it in ubuntu by using cmd ?

I don't believe that you need to make a repetitive job. The capability is already built into the system. I would start by reading the man pages for these commands: passwd, useradd, adduser, login.defs, and uermod.
