Can you not set that up in your router? Most routers support that function. Do you have another system that connects now through your router?
"Command not found" implies you do not have the code installed, or have no path to the code. If you decide to install it, ( the router is by far the easiest way to get this going ), you should be able to find the package and install with Synaptic package manager.
