how to partion free space in ubundu.


Hi
i am a new user of Ubundu. i have one partion of 40 GB and free space of 40 GB. Please tell , how to partion the free space.

what do you want to know? if you're up and running, just use fdisk to make new partitions in the space (type 82) and then "mkfs.ext2 -j /dev/hdb1" etc... to make filesystems within each partition.
