how to install with out going "live"


how do I install Ubuntu 6 lts with out going to the live version first??

At GRUB (boot) menu, you can press "F1" for help.

I think you need the 'alternative' installation CD (iso) instead of the 'normal' - available off the Ubuntu website. Certainly the 'live' version is a no-go if you've got less than 256MB RAM...
