Isnt Ubuntu Breezy's Xorg supports Ati cards?also if u r asking about how to install any driver files for Linux from Ati site for your card check for what form it is for eg; .deb for debian and ubuntu install as "dpkg --install xcxzv.deb" that's it.if it is a .rpm try converting to .deb using a tool called alien available in Ubuntu Universal repo.Best of Lux
