How to fix 'wrong magic bytes at the start'

Ubuntu 21.10

Code:
root@ubuntu:/TEMPLIB# uname -a
Linux ubuntu 5.4.0-26-generic #30-Ubuntu SMP Mon Apr 20 16:58:30 UTC 2020 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Code:
root@ubuntu:/TEMPLIB# ldconfig
/sbin/ldconfig.real: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgthread-2.0.so.0 is not an ELF file - it has the wrong magic bytes at the start.

/sbin/ldconfig.real: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgthread-2.0.so.0.6800.4 is not an ELF file - it has the wrong magic bytes at the start.

/sbin/ldconfig.real: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgmodule-2.0.so.0.6800.4.bak is not an ELF file - it has the wrong magic bytes at the start.

/sbin/ldconfig.real: /lib/libndi.so.4 is not a symbolic link

This is as if you found a bottle with a POISON label on it and asked, "How do I get rid of the label so that I can drink it?"

The files are corrupt. Reinstall them.
