Did you look this up online before you posted? Did you check the LQ articles before you posted?

This seems to cover it. The keyring is a daemon, kill the daemon.

Do you have Ubuntu set to automatically log you in without a password?
The keyring manager is a security feature. There are security risks involved if you disable it. Make sure you understand the security risks and caveats involved before you disable the keyring.

I have never been bothered by the keyring manager. It must really annoy a lot of people though, since there are many tutorials on the net for disabling the keyring:
http://www.noob2geek.com/how-to/how-...-ubuntu-10-04/
http://davestechsupport.com/blog/200...sword-keyring/
http://maketecheasier.com/auto-unloc...pid/2009/03/14
Do this at your own risk. I have never disabled the keyring myself, so I will likely not be able to help you if this causes problems.
EDIT: I was busy typing my post while Stuart beat me to it!

And welcome to the LQ forums!

I may have beaten you to it, but your post is much better informed than mine, I didn't even cover the risks involved!
