How to add Auto CDMA connection in Network manager of Ubuntu 10.04

Dear Sir

I m using Ubuntu since 8.10 Then i switched to 9.04. When i tried 9.10 I was not able to connect with my Huawei EC325 modem which was available as an auto CDMA connection in the nepwork manager applet.I posted this in ubuntu forums. This could not get my Huawei USB dongle get connected. So I reverted back to 9.04 from 9.10. recently i tried Lucid. i was dissapointed with it. It seems Auto Cdma connection option under mobile broadband connection is been removed from 9.10. Jaunty updates will be available untill October 2010. So after that for a USB mobile user like me It will be difficult for me to get my 9.04 updated. Ubuntu 9.04 will be outdated. cannot you suggest some methods to solve the problem or shall i stick to jaunty jacklope.

Regards

Ashik
