How do I Clean up grub?

Hi All!

I am using Ubuntu "Dapper", and have gotten every update. I dual boot with win XP. Needless to say my list of kernels in grub is "exstensive" at this point. How do I remove some of these kernels, so I have say 2 or 3 linux kernels, and then win XP.

Thanks
Justbill

Edit /boot/grub/menu.lst
Check "man grub" or post menu.lst here for advice.
It is best to comment lines out rather than delete tham.
