How do I add repositories to Adept (package manager)?

I want to add more repositories to Adept, my package manager. It has a lot of programs, but I am noticing that there are still some that I am in need of that I don't have avalible in adept. How would I add/update them?

Thanks,
BigFoot

If you're not afraid of the command-line and copying and pasting commands:

I followed the steps from here when I first installed Kubuntu, but there are programs, for example from SourceForge.net, that do not appear in Adept or KPackage (my other package manager that I don't use as much). Is there any way I can add this site to adept so I can install programs from it through it? Thanks.
