Do a TAG search on LQ here for 'ndiswrapper' and you will see loads of threads, among them are many for using the wrapper to install the driver for that particular wireless device.
It's not the simplest procedure, but with all the instructions and threads, you will get it

Fair warning!

I have a BCM4306 in my laptop, and though I haven't upgraded to Feisty just yet, I did do a dist-upgrade upon first installing my system, and the 2.6.17-11 kernel broke my wireless support.

That said, running the 2.6.17-10 kernel, I'm as right as rain, using ndiswrapper and a downloaded set of firmware. It's a little convoluted, the setup process, but it will get you running in due time.
