Hi! Thats because Windows overwrote GRUB after you Reinstalled!

Do this: Reboot into your Ubuntu CD, when you get to the desktop, open a terminal and type:

sudo grub

Then type:

find /boot/grub/stage1
Whatever is returned ie..,(hd0) or whatever, you then want to type:

root (hd,0)
Then:

setup (hd0)
Then:

quit

This should reinstall GRUB to your MBR, and give you back your dual-boot option.

When you are in the liveCD you can try
Code:
sudo grub-install /dev/hda
Replacing hda with the correct disk
