How to install gnome-ppp on breezy ?

are you absolutley sure that is the correct package name? I dont have an ubuntu install to try it on, or I would verify... but try

apt-get install gnome-ppp

or mabey just apt-get install ppp and it might prompt you for options

you might also consider
apt-get install wvdial

wvdial is a command line tool, if you have issues with gnome-ppp try wvdial instead. it works.
