1: Gnome OR KDE? What it better than the other?
2: Debian Based Systems OR RedHat Based Systems??? What it better than the other?
3: kubuntu OR ubuntu OR openSUSE or fedora OR Mandriva???? What it better than the other?

There is a very old answer to this generic question: "Which one is better?" The answer is "yes".

The point is that in many situations, there is no such thing as "better". The only thing that can be answered is which one you like better.

From your profile, you obviously have tried several things. What do you find to be the best for YOU?

Well, I first read that as Gnome or Kde (my bad). Assuming that you really meant Grub or KDE, that question is unanswerable (which are better, Apples or Elephants... I can tell you which is greyer and I can tell you which is better for throwing at people, but it is unclear whether, in any particular unknown situation, this makes apples better than Elephants)
If you meant Gnome or KDE, well its the one that suited you or suited your needs better. Unless you at least try something like "Which is better for a short learning curve" or "Which is better for the completeness of its included applets" you won't get a useful answer, because there isn't one. (And, even if you do include that information, you may only get disagreement.

You left out Slackware and someone always wants to say that Slackware is the answer irrespective what the question is, even if its "Which is the best Distro, excluding Slackware". This should tell you something about something, but it probably doesn't tell you whether Slackware is the one for you. But then, as I have already noted, this isn't going to happen, unless you can give more information.

Look, if it were that simple that, say, Gnome was wonderful and KDE was rubbish, everyone would use Gnome and, over time, KDE would fade away. So KDE has got to be better for some people or in some away. As has Gnome (and, to a lesser extent XFCE and Enlightenment.) And if you've been trying various distros and don't know which is best for you, how are we going to be able to tell which is best for you, if you can't?

I Think Fedora is better for me...

BUT I wants to know other Ideas about them and their reason about their ideas...

If any of those was in any way better, the other wouldn't exist. It's just about personal preferences.

For example: I like GNOME, but recently I've been bumping into things it just won't let me do - because of their 'hide it so the user can't change it' idea of making a DE. Nothing major, so it's not a real PITA. Anyway, that's why I'm checking out KDE4 on F9 right now. I'll probably stick to GNOME, though, as it's the DE I'm most used to.
