This is my last post and if I dont get help which solves this issue then im only left to sticking with Windows so please give me every thing you have of your knowledge to help me get Ubuntu Live CD to work. I have tried the alternate and regular 6.10 and Kbuntu but they all give me installation issues.
For alternate is says, "Incorrect CD-ROM detected! The CD-ROM drive contains a CD which cannot be used for installation" WHY? THE CD IS IN!
For 6.10 desktop and Kbuntu I always freeze after the loading Ubuntu bar with a part of a corrupted window. I have tried Boot: live vga=771 noapoc nolapic ,and live acpi=off but still get freezes. Is there more commands to try that work? I also tried safemode but I still get freezes.
Furthermore I redownloaded and reburned ISOs but nothing so I dont think that's it.
Could it be that im downloading the ISOs behind a router? I get them from Ubuntu's site too so they have to be legit.
Distribution: Mac OS X Leopard 10.6.2, Windows 2003 Server/Vista/7/XP/2000/NT/98, Ubuntux64, CentOS4.8/5.4

as suggested, I would do a checksum to verify that the file you downloaded is in tact. Faulty RAM and/or a broken controller can download improperly on files. I have had this happen to myself, so you may want to also check your memory by downloading a free test like MemTest
Also try the Ubuntu Alternate Installation CD. I always use the Alternate Installation CD since I don't care about the LiveCD. It's bloated and slow.

I tried the alternate CD but it keeps asking for the CD because its not detected. Am I installing it the wrong way?

2 things: the first is that the Rules state to only post your question once. The second is that if you're not going to follow the advice you're given, why ask at all. I'll requote for you:
