gettin an error::: Invalid record in the preferences file, no Package header
 

anyone know wht this is and how i can fix it

i get this error doin apt-get upgrade it will do teh update but not upgrade wht can i do to get this fixed

there is nothin in my /etc/preferences folder if that is makin a difference

i cant get my video drivers installed i guess cause i cant run world of warcraft smooth not sure wht the deal is

It should be possible to get World of Warcraft running on Linux - but definitely not with your attitude.

I'ld suggest you to make up your mind to get first-time access to some real information (this would require work) - or to re-register one of your Windows copies.
