Get/Change the username & password in a CUSTOM Ubuntu LiveCD

Checked the Ubuntu web site and got the custom Live CD page. About half-way down the page under:
sudo nano edit/usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts/casper-bottom/10adduser ....... I find so such file or similar file to modify.

Any clues to my solution? I have the 7.04 desktop X86.
