Here is the results of my attempt. I know Ubuntu does not allow me to log in as root even though I am the owner administer.

Code:
siawacsh@siawacsh-sager:/media/Windows/Documents and Settings/siawacsh/Downloads/manifestation_program/Manifestation_Basic$ sudo wine setup.exe
[sudo] password for siawacsh:
wine: /home/siawacsh/.wine is not owned by you
siawacsh@siawacsh-sager:/media/Windows/Documents and Settings/siawacsh/Downloads/manifestation_program/Manifestation_Basic$ cd

You should not run Wine as root, it is not needed and not recommended. Try it without sudo.
