Question error in sysvinit package


I try to install nfs-kernel then it ask for some missing packegs.
there it asks for sysvint package then i dowload .deb file and try to install. then this error promts

sysvinit (version 2.86.ds1-61ubuntu11) is to be installed.
dpkg: error processing sysvinit_2.86.ds1-61ubuntu11_i386.deb (--install):
conflicting packages - not installing sysvinit
Errors were encountered while processing:

how to fix this problem. I'm using ubuntu.
