Edit startup programs in GUI mode. (Kubuntu 7.04)

I recently had to do a restart of Kubuntu 7.04 because of a problem trying to install a program in wine. Now every time I boot into Kubuntu firefox and the Konsole start-up. I don't want this to happen. How can I fix it in GUI mode or with a text editor sence I am new to linux.

Try going into the Control Center --> KDE Components --> Session Manager then in the On Login option make sure Start with an empty session is checked.

Do I leave that set to that Kcontrole setting? How do I delete tmp files in linux?
