Unhappy Edge Modem Issue

Hi Guys...
After lots of digging in net, finally I came here. I have two modems

1. Motorola L9i Mobile Phone integrated Modem
2. Beetel E11 Modem

While my Motorola USB modem is detected by Ubuntu 8.04lt, I don't know how to connect it. In windows I use my Phone Manager to Connect it to Net. Attached here are the Screen Shots of the Device Manager giving info regarding my Motorola Phone Modem.(screenShot 0 & 1)

on-the-other-hand the Beetel-Edge modem is not detected as a Modem at all.
I have also attached a screen shot of that(Screen Shot 2)

configuring the Beetel Modem has a higher priority, As i have to boot in to windows for Accessing Internet.

Plz let me your valuable suggestions & revert me for any further specifications required
