Downgrae from Feisty to Edgy??

Hi all....

I was wondering if there were any way to downgrade from Feisty to Edgy. I used to be able to get by just fine with Feisty, but recently it's just become too unstable and I really don't feel like formatting my root partition and doing a fresh install of Edgy.

Thanks in advance....
Kory X.

Short answer is you can't downgrade. There really isn't a way to do it

Exactly why I leave the beta versions to the folks that know what they're doing. When its ready, they'll tell me, and I'll install it.. .

I tried a Beta version of Mandrake a few years ago, and it worked ok, until they done an "upgrade", then my system wouldn't boot. I'm sure I could work around it and fix it now, but at the time, I had no clue, so I ended up just reinstalling a stable version.

Good point IndyGunFreak, unless you don't mind having a system that may not work, don't install the beta (Feisty is actually still in Alpha). I run Feisty on this box, but it also has Edgy on it, just in case it breaks.
