Disable right click on task bar

Hey, I've ubuntu 7.1 on my machine and configured machine for auto login. After user login, I want to disable right click on task bar and want to remove all icons from right bottom corner. Can any body help me ? I'm not sure whether it is configuration change or code change. If code change is required then can any body help in getting the starting point...

The feature is something like "lockdown" probably.

Search the net or your package-manager for: pessulus (which is a frontend), kiosk mode, lock down
