Configuring Proftpd

Hey all,

I've been plugging away at my first server configuration, and I'm trying to get FTP to work. I have proftpd set up to run in standalone mode. Whenever I connect to the server, and try to do ANY command, I get:
Code:
ftp> ls
500 Illegal PORT command
ftp: bind: Address already in use
My proftpd.conf file looks like this:

Code:
#
# /etc/proftpd.conf -- This is a basic ProFTPD configuration file.
# To really apply changes reload proftpd after modifications.
#
