trying to install clamav but fails to find packages. I've added extra repositories (www.ubuntuguide.org) and my system is seeing that the package is available but when I try to install it fails to find the packages.

anyone having this issue and find a solution?

What is the exact error message and id you do an 'apt-get update' after adding the repos?

Are you using Synaptic or apt-get? The packages are definately there:

in case anyone has the same question in the future, I had to add the official ubuntu extra repositories and comment out the mirrors. works great now.
