Hi guys i had to reinstall Ubuntu 14.04 and now google chrome wont open,i tried everything, now to install chrome,you have to go to chrome downloads, i do that and ubuntu software opens and i install all good till i try to open it, it just doesn't open at all,any help please.

Hi; can you believe this! the chrome page was hidden outside the desktop all along,it was moved to one side under the unity apps,i've just moved the mouse under desktop launcher apps.

Out of curiosity, please reboot your system and try to start Chrome again using the method I mentioned above. Then please post the results. Your report showed a lot of errors that I doubt had anything to do with opening additional browser windows.

Thanks; yes and it's working better then ever did, i had an issue with firstrwasports full screen video in chrome would not work now it does.

Wow, ok. Well, if it's working better than before, then maybe it's just best to leave it alone.

However, in the future, if it crashes and doesn't come at all, you might find a solution here.

Thanks , i never had issues with chrome in this I5 machine 64bit,it must have been an install issue,
i had Ubuntu 14.04 installed and running Fine, but i was curious about trying Ubuntu 15.10 and i was very disappointed,
it was very bad and slow,but i learned a lesson never try Ubuntu beta state,always install Ubuntu Long time support,and leave Beta for the testers.
