Smile change password but "user not exist" however it is on the user list


Coul you plese help put with this things
I am trying to change the passsword of the "Alessandro" but I always get "user Alessandro does not exist.
Please find the attached images and you can clearly see it

Look at the following link. The field you have circled is a comment field. The username is the first position i.e. server.

There is no user Alessandro. The character string "Alessandro" appears in the info field for the user named server, not the user name field.

See here for an explanation of the fields in /etc/passwd.
