canon pixmaMP610 permission problem

hi guys, nought myself a beautiful new printer and followed the threads how to install it. But I cant seem to get it to work. think I have a permission problem, but I do not know how to solve it. maybe someone can help?

can you point me to the threads on how to install it as i have the same printer and cant find a working PPD file for it
