cannot start ALSA midi


I have installed everything related to midi already.
but when I run MusE, it pop out
Code:
fatal error:
cannot start ALSA midi sound subsystem, check your configuration
I can neither run RoseGarden4.

try sudo modprobe snd-seq

ok, it improves, program can run. but shows "midi ok, no audio", so I can edit my notation without hearing my sound. ask for more help. please..
