Can Ubuntu Server Edition configure RAID during installation?

I couldn't find an answer to this question, at least so clear it would make me certain. Situation: I need to install the Ubuntu server; can I configure RAID during the installation, or do I have to use the "Special installation disc" (can't remember what it was called in the download section, but they said you can configure RAID with it), and if I do use the "special" installation disc, then do I have more work in getting the server running? I kind of got the idea that the Server version was explicitly designed for installing a server (the apps and services), and not the "special disc" version.

So which one should I use so I'm able to even install it using RAID?

Thanks for answers! :)

EDIT: Now I remember: I think it was called an "Alternate installation", which I claimed to be a "special" installation above. My mistake.
