Can't send via bluetooth phone -> computer

Hi

I am able to send images etc from the computer to my phone but not the other way round.

Not really sure where to go from here.

I did install the obex server but has not seemed to help

If you are using GNOME install gnome-bluetooth package and run Bluetooth File Sharing program

I am running Kubuntu, with the KDE desktop, obviously

are there any equivalent apps for KDE?
