Breezy freezez after one hour

Hello
my IBM8310 computer with breezy installed freezes after approx one hour of inactivity. Being a noob I have run out of ideas for troubleshooting this. I suspect ACPI or something. The freeze is hard. sometimes I manage to open a console with CTRL+ALT+Fn but i havent got any farther than this...

var/log/sylog shows things like minutes before freeze.

Try going to your screensaver settings. Maybe there is something that is set after 1 hour, thats causing the problem ? As far as the error message is concerned, seems like a normal internet data transfer, but I'm not sure
