I don't use II, but I faced the same problem and I found a solution
over at the arch linux forum.

Basically you need to download the bluez sources and after you
unpack it, you find a python script called 'simple-agent' inside
the 'test' directory.

simple-agent has a couple of dependencies like dbus-python and pygobject.
But installing those shouldn't a a major obstacle.
