Automatic search for network folders & printers
Hi all ,
In windows we can set the following as folder options

now my question is how to do the same in Gnome (I am using ubuntu 10.04)

I do not like that feature. The automounter can mount any drive you need (and only when you really need). Scanning the network is expensive, slow and inefficient. Probably this helps: http://www.geekazine.com/guests/file...inux-and-gnome
