Attempted Upgrade from 18.04 to 19.04 ended on 19.10 beta; WTH?
 

So, when trying to upgrade to 19.04, I ended up on 19.10 beta. My question now is, can I get to 19.04 without a fresh install?

Out of interest, how did you upgrade?

I think the short answer is that downgrading is *possible* but could well not succeed. Did you not make a system snapshot/backup/image before upgrading? (if not, next time, I would highly recommend that you do).

I personally would do a reinstall if I found myself in that situation.
