Attempt to read or write outside of the disk hd0

Hi,
I am trying to install Ubuntu 18.04LTS on R410 with PERC700 in configuration with three 3TB HDDs in RAID5 + one hot spare. Unfortunately after installation I am getting following error. I have tried 'entire disk', 'entire disk with LVM' and manual partitioning with the same result. Any ideas?

"After installation" means what? When you reboot?

Also please describe how you created the RAID.

Yes, after reboot. RAID has been created in RAID controller bios.

You should be able to compare the 6tb size of the RAID volume shown in the bios to the size shown during installation to make sure that they agree. My guess is that something is getting it wrong. I've seen cases where code is off by one causing this error when writing to the last sector.

Both array size match.

Never mind, booting in UEFI mode has solved the issue.
