After testing for three days Ub. 5.10 I found some annoyances with multilanguage support.
Right to left languages supported only for web. OpenOffice fails to cooperate with system fonts
Don't use Ubuntu Breezy 5.10 amd64-It is real buggy!!!
Don't use Ubuntu Breezy 5.10 amd64. It is way too buggy and unstable to use right now. They have a critical [in my opinion] bug that prevents it from booting. It suffers from boot failure-grub can only start to boot the kernel 12.6.12-9 amd64 generic and then it stops and says the hard drive doesn't exist. Can't find the hard drive? Oh come on!!! This has been reported as bug #: 16724. They are currently working on it and when it gets fixed and Breezy is bootable, then I will revise my distro rating from a 1 [preferrably a zero, but they did not have zero in the ratings list] to a 10. It is a potentially good distro-the best-but only and ONLY IF they fix this bug. Use Ubuntu Hoary 5.04 amd64 as it works fine. Just not Breezy as it is currently absolutely no good as it won't boot and there is at least one other person who has almost the same hardware and almost the same problem. This is my recommendation. The bug is currently being worked on. Let's hope they fix it real soon. I feel they should not have released Breezy with them knowing that it is so buggy. Great distro otherwise. Hope this helps someone.
Finally managed to convince it to install - still get a box-full of errors from Synaptic. Only have it as a "comparison" system - torrent works, still burns iso's o.k, can surf the web.
What else could you want ????...
On my first clean install of 5.10 it was a disaster as apt couldn't connect to the network and Synaptic got messed up ( I shouldn't have tried to install on Thursday, the servers were hammered badly). But, after that the installs went fine. I've got my two new Ubuntu 5.10 boxes running, no issues that I've noticed yet. Sound was fine.

Probably... but only if you don't use multilanguage. Right to left languages supported only for web. OpenOffice fails to cooperate with system fonts. And if Ubuntu is not universal then it must be pointed to users before actual install
so, the conclusion is that Breezy requires some tweaks!!
looking at most of the posts, we can say that Breezy also requires some tweaks like Hoary.
....
Still, what i like most about Ubuntu is the 1 CD concept, its really light......!

I installed Breezy last night from ISO and it went pretty much flawlessly. And runs like a top too. The only weird thing I noticed is that it didn't set up GRUB to include Slackware or Zenwalk which are on other partitions. I dunno if its something I overlooked during setup or what, just thought it was strange. And the new Gnome is pretty nice too!
