[12.04] Upgrade to 14.04 possibly brake samba?

Hey there people.

I have a server in my home environment which runs a samba service among other things.

Now the time to upgrade to 14.04 is here and i did do-release-upgrade

after which i was pretty surprised to see:

Code:
No candidate ver: libavcodec53
No candidate ver: libavformat53
No candidate ver: libavutil51
No candidate ver: libboost-filesystem1.46.1
No candidate ver: libboost-program-options1.46.1
No candidate ver: libboost-system1.46.1
No candidate ver: libboost-thread1.46.1
No candidate ver: libical0
No candidate ver: samba4
also in the details it shows me that the samba packages are to be removed

Code:
Remove: libdcerpc-server0 libdcerpc0 libgensec0 libpam-smbpass
  libpam-winbind libregistry0 libsamba-policy0 libsamdb0
  libsmbclient-raw0 python-samba samba samba-dsdb-modules
  samba4-common-bin smbclient smbfs winbind xz-lzma
does anyone know why and what i can do to avoid having a broken samba installation after upgrade?!
