Well, you might want to look at any other type of crime. Law enforcement does impound assets, imprison people and they do it all before the trial.
Exactly what country does that the other way around?
I say good for DOJ. Megaupuload was a a criminal enterprise.
This very moment law enforcement is arresting and detaining all sorts of people from tax evasion, importing dangerous and endangered animals, wife beating, drugs, murder, not wearing your seatbelt.
I guess you'd let a Doctor who doesn't have a license continue to treat people?
