The Supreme Court’s recent decision in Impression Products v. Lexmark International was a big win for individuals’ right to repair and modify the products they own. While we’re delighted by this decision, we expect manufacturers to attempt other methods of controlling the market for resale and repair. I don't really know what to say. If you look at the pictures, or "drawings", it looks like every windshield.
Is there anything more to this than the USPTO rubber stamping stupid? |
The US Patent Office does have a history of abetting criminals. It's almost as though they were paid to help certain people. Of course, that would never happen!
