I encourage readers to look through this a little. My impression is that it's a GUI user's shell and could be used for some quick tasks.

I also got a big kick out of the User Documentation -> Design Document page.

I'm a bash guy too but this shell is worth reviewing.
I'm replacing my bash for a while with fish ;)

It's interesting that it "fishes" for commands it doesn't recognize in the other shells you have installed.

I wonder how long it will take for this shell to be included in most distros.. if at all? It's not like you really have to learn anything new. And for system critical stuff you can still put a shebang at the top to force it to use trusty bash.
