I don't understand the multicolored bar graphs. I do wonder how many of the 75% will choose Window$ in the end.

They are showing how likely it is that Ubuntu users will buy a device (of whatever kind) with Ubuntu pre-loaded, listet for different age groups. For example: in the group of that are 18 years old and younger 30.8% will most likely buy such a device, 24.1% will do it likely, 30.4% possibly, 9.3 percent will buy it unlikely and the rest most unlikely.

It doesn't always have to be a choosing thing. Some people may use Linux as the OS of their choice, but possibly need Windows for work or simply gaming.
