Spreadsheet printing window with good features

If you choose Format > Page and click the Sheet tab, you'll get a lot of good features for controlling print. It's the motherlode.

You can also choose View > Page Preview, then click the Page button and go to that aforementioned tab. Click OK and you're back in preview, seeing the effect of the choices you just made.
