LXer: Pinguy OS:A Ubuntu-Fork

Published at LXer:

This is a OS I have been working on since Ubuntu 10.04 Beta 2. I thought itís about time I released it and get some criticism on it.There isnít any 32-bit version as most people should have a 64-bit processors as they have been around for for a few years now. The main reason for going with 64-bit is because itís faster then 32-bit on the same hardware and there arenít many programs now that donít run on 64-bit.Ubuntu maybe easy to use but not all of the programs for it are, so all I did was listen to what people wanted and found the most user friendly programs for the task.
