LXer: Open the terminal in a specific size and position in Ubuntu/ Linux Mint

In Ubuntu or Linux Mint and many other distros, when you open the terminal, the window will appear at the top left corner of the desktop screen. If you dont like this default position and size of the start up window, you can edit it easily.
